It's actually stated under the asset: Creative Commons Attribution_ShareAlike v4.0 International.
So feel free to use it however you like, in personal or commercial projects alike.

The icons were created in Figma, so I don't have the .psd for them.
Is there anyway to contact you about having you come aboard a development team that's developing a tactical MMO FPS? Perhaps through Discord or Email?
